Exchanges and returns

Non-personalized jewelry can be exchanged provided your request is made within 14 days of the date your package is sent.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Personalized or engraved jewelry is made to order, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Write to us at hello@aupiho.com with your order number to let us know about your exchange request.

We’ll send you instructions and a return address.

From the date of our return email, you have 14 days to send us back the jewel (date of dispatch being taken as proof). The jewel must be in its original case, unworn and in perfect condition. The exchange will be possible once we have received your return package and it has arrived in perfect condition.
