Our Aupiho jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase, upon presentation of your invoice. The warranty covers manufacturing and hidden defects. All our jewelry is handmade by craftsmen to the highest quality standards.

If the damage is caused by you, an estimate will be provided.

This guarantee does not apply if your jewelry has been “resized” or repaired by a jeweller other than Aupiho.

Repair or reconditioning procedures

To send us your repair request, contact us by email at and we’ll send you the procedure to follow.

Our workshop will carry out an appraisal and we will send you an estimate and a repair deadline if the damage is your responsibility (impact, scratches, rhodium plating, resizing…) and if the repair is possible. You will be asked to approve the estimate before any repairs are carried out.
If the return of the gold jewelry is due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of repairs and shipping.

Otherwise, the return will be at your expense and under your responsibility. We advise you to send your gold jewelry by registered mail with signature and insurance.

If your jewelry was not purchased from the Aupiho online store, please contact the jewelry store directly.


We recommend that you use a soft cloth to clean your jewelry and avoid contact with chemical substances (perfume, household liquid…) which could alter the appearance of the jewelry.

Ideally, you shouldn’t wear your jewelry when sleeping, playing sport or going to the beach…

It is advisable to store jewels individually in their cases to prevent them from scratching each other.
