Delivery time

For available jewels :

Shipping time is generally 3 to 5 days (working days) from order validation (for orders placed before noon on a working day).

For jewelry with a manufacturing lead time :

It takes 2 to 4 weeks (working days) to make a piece of jewelry. Each piece of jewelry is meticulously hand-crafted by our craftsmen, and your order will only be prepared after a strict quality control.

Shipping generally takes 3 to 5 working days once the order leaves our workshop.

If the jewel is not in stock, please allow 3 to 5 weeks between your order and delivery.

Make sure we do our utmost to reduce this delay.

Secure delivery

Your parcel will be delivered by Colissimo de la Poste, hand-delivered against signature.

Your parcel is insured up to the value of your jewel.

To receive your order as quickly as possible, we recommend that you have it delivered to an address where someone can collect it during the day.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left and you will be able to collect your parcel from your post office the following day.

Delivery charge

Delivery is free for all orders within France.
